I am a busy mom with a passion for teaching other women how to live the healthy, vibrant life of their dreams. I have a bachelor’s degree in public health and a master’s degree in education. I have been a third grade teacher for 16 years. My love of teaching and health have brought me to where I am today-a holistic health and nutrition coach. I teach women to take control of their diet and lifestyle in order to lose weight, sleep better, manage stress, regain confidence and energy so they can show up confidently in all areas of their life.
I am dedicated to teaching women how to regain control of their health, with a focus on food choices, daily movement habits, and stress management so they can feel their best. I know firsthand how challenging it is to live a healthy lifestyle while juggling the demands placed on women. My philosophy revolves around making small, sustainable habit changes in order to live a healthy life while still having fun.

It all started after the birth of my second child...
I no longer recognized the person I saw when I looked in the mirror. I was 30 pounds overweight, exhausted, and my confidence was at an all time low. I knew I needed to make a change but I had no idea where to begin. In between taking care of a baby and a toddler while holding down a full time job, I was left with very little free time to spend on myself.

But then everything changed...
When I decided that I was not okay accepting this way of life. I spent every free moment I had researching health and wellness information. I slowly began incorporating the healthy habits I learned about into my daily life. I was blown away at the difference in my physical appearance as well as my energy levels. Fast forward ten years later,I am healthier and stronger than ever before. My energy levels are higher in my 40s than they were in my 20s!

I decided to take my passion for health and wellness and teach other women how they can live the life they have always dreamed of living. It is my goal to show women that they do not have to accept the societal norms of middle aged women being overweight and exhausted all of the time.
My coaching training, along with years in the classroom, have helped me develop strategies for creating lasting change for my clients. I empower my clients to take charge of their health so they can live the full, fun lives they were meant to lead. My program focuses on nutrition, exercise, stress management, mindset, sleep, and detoxification strategies.
